Hello I tried to do what you explained in the video, following the link but unfortunately the value of the scomposition goes on “blank” and not on the label of the scomposition… may you help me? If necessary, I can attach also the pbi example. Thank you!
you may want to try Simple Waterfall chart custom visual. I did a video on it as well; it’s much simple to get to work then the regular waterfall chart in Power BI: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=–C7V_FwKEM

How can we make this graph dynamic and change the years Revenue last year and Revenue this year ?
Any possibility to sort the pillars not by value but by the sort order in the tables or a different column? I can’t get that part to work 😦 BR, Linus
