I just noticed that Chrome is not listed as a supported browser for PowerView and in fact somebody already filed it as an issue on the connect site here http://bit.ly/IYwdfx. I normally use Internet Explorer for everything work related, but I also use Chrome a lot for email and also Google Music service (not that it would not run just fine in Explorer, I just like to keep my work and personal lives separate, if you know what I mean). Anyway, I just tried to load several different PowerView reports in Chrome just to see what would happen and I am happy to report that PowerView runs just fine in Chrome.
Subjectively, it appears that performance is better on the Internet Explorer, so I will need to do a bit more testing in that regard.
